Aegisoft Management Team Stanley Adelman Under Mr. Adelman’s leadership, Aegisoft has launched a full suite of industry-leading products and has evolved into a global organization capable of supporting the demanding needs of today's multi-asset market participants. Previously, Adelman was co-founder and CEO of Systems Strategies, a computer consulting firm that specialized in developing high-tech software for the financial services industry. It developed advanced technology solutions for Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange and Equity trading floors. Systems Strategies created the first widely-deployed standardized trader workstations for the securities industry, resulting in the Micrognosis trader workstation. Prior to his success with Systems Strategies, Adelman served as Manager of Software Development for commercial products at General Instrument Corporation. He has a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Brooklyn College.
Prior to joining Aegisoft, Mr. Friedman founded Parker Software, where he partnered with Microsoft to develop Unix clients for the Microsoft SNA Server. Mr. Friedman has also held the position of Vice President of Apertus Technologies, responsible for sales, marketing and development of host connectivity products, and Vice President of Software Development for technology consulting firm Systems Strategies. Mr. Friedman has 26 years of development and management experience, and holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Brooklyn College and a Masters of Science degree in Computing Science from Columbia University.
He leads a team of very smart professionals who know what they are doing and deliver as promised. His development team is unmatched anywhere for knowledge, commitment and the drive to build the best solutions. Prior to Aegisoft, Mr. Horowitz served as Senior Manager of Integrated Desktop Applications for Apertus Technologies, creator of IBM emulators; Vice President of Research & Development for facilities management firm Pesus Group; and Systems Programmer for computer consulting firm Systems Strategies. Mr. Horowitz has 26 years of computer programming and project experience, in addition to a B.A. in Computer Science from New York's Queens College.

A 40-year veteran of the software technology sector, Mr. Adelman serves as Aegisoft's President and CEO.
Norm Friedman has served as Vice President of Aegisoft's product and development group since 1997, responsible for sales, marketing and business initiatives for the company's trading system products and consulting services. Mr. Friedman has helped build and grow Aegisoft to its leadership position of today. His team is dedicated to working with Aegisoft clients every day, making sure that the company meets client’s needs with efficient, effective solutions for equities, futures, options and foreign exchange execution management and testing solutions.
Joseph Horowitz has served as Director of Software Development since 1994. Mr. Horowitz is responsible for the design, customization and integration of all software development technologies at Aegisoft. He has applied his experience in algorithmic trading, transaction processing and process re-engineering in designing and overseeing the development of AthenaTrader.
